Our Story is quite simple. The idea of WhichPetstore.com arose from the success of our sister site, WhichDrugstore.com - an online directory to the best online health and drug stores, for humans.

Through WhichDrugstore.com, we received numerous inquiries from people looking for online pet pharmacies and/or specific pet products. In response, we placed an online pet pharmacy, Petscriptions.com, in the Prescription Drugs category, not realizing what it would lead to....

To our surprise, Petscriptions emerged as one of the most highly visited stores. In addition, inquiries for pet stores and pet products increased. We quickly realized that people are not only interested in purchasing for themselves over the internet, but for the family pet, as well.

Thus, the idea for WhichPetstore.com was born. With WhichPetstore.com, we have decided to create an online directory similar in design and layout to WhichDrugstore.com, but with one major difference - we would research and review the best online pet stores and services.

So, we initiated a long, thorough research process of online pet stores. Our goals? To find user friendly pet stores with a wide range of products at reasonable prices. To find pet stores that excelled at customer service, privacy, and security. And, most importantly, to find the best, most unique pet stores. Truth be told - not an easy job!! But, at least we did the hard part, now all you have to do is take a look at the stores and their reviews. We want you to have a safer, simpler, more pleasant shopping experience.
